What We Do
Preventive Dental Care, Delivered in Schools
Our dental teams bring professional preventive dental care and oral health education directly to school campuses — removing barriers and reaching children where they already are.
Smile Smart Curriculum
The Smile Smart Curriculum pairs preventive care visits with age-appropriate oral health education so students understand the how and why behind the care they receive. Interactive and hands-on, it builds habits that last well beyond the school year.
Preventive Dental Care Visits
Our dental teams come directly to your school to provide professional preventive dental care — including screenings, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants. No transportation required, no appointments to schedule, no cost to families. All students who have a signed parental consent for treatment are seen at no cost regardless of insurance status.
- Oral health screenings for all participating students
- Cleanings, fluoride varnish, and dental sealants where clinically indicated
- Referrals provided for students who need follow-up care
Eligibility
Prioritized for Title 1 or Title 1 equivalent schools within underserved communities.
Healthy Habits Kits
Every student who receives preventive care through our program goes home with the tools they need to keep it up. Our Healthy Habits Kits extend the impact of each school visit and bring families into the conversation.
Eligibility
Provided to all students who receive a Preventive Dental Care Visit or participate in a Smile Smart session.
